Job Responsibility:
Support all facets of Human Resources

Requirements:
6+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations
Proven experience managing employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality
Experience utilizing ADP software is a huge plus
Ability to work independently, build relationships, and influence at all levels
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Comfortable balancing priorities in a part‑time schedule
Experience in a single‑site HR ownership role is a plus
