Job Description:

We’re hiring our first People Partner at Hightouch — a senior, fully autonomous partner who will help shape how we support managers and employees as we continue to scale globally. You’ll work closely with GTM leaders and managers across the company, acting as a trusted advisor on everything from employee relations to performance to compensation. You won’t inherit a fully built playbook — you’ll help create it. If you’ve worked in a high-growth, global startup and enjoy operating with judgment, nuance, and impact, this role gives you the opportunity to leave a meaningful imprint on how People Partnering is done at Hightouch. This role reports directly to the Head of People Operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own employee relations across our global organization, handling sensitive and complex situations with sound judgment, and working closely with our EOR partners to navigate local employment laws
  • Partner with managers to navigate performance management, feedback, role clarity, and growth conversations with employees
  • Design and deliver coaching and training for managers that raises the bar
  • Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to assess risk, ensure compliance, and drive sound people decisions across geographies
  • Support managers with compensation decisions, helping them make thoughtful, consistent calls within our frameworks and constraints
  • Contribute to the development and scaling of People programs by pressure-testing what works in practice and refining approaches based on real manager needs
  • Help evolve our People Ops processes and systems so they keep pace with rapid growth while setting us up well for what’s next

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in People Partnering, HRBP, or closely related roles in high-growth, global organizations
  • Deep experience partnering with GTM organizations in fast-scaling environments
  • Strong employee relations expertise, including sound judgment in assessing people and business risk
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without authority
  • Comfort operating at the Executive level — able to challenge, align, and coach leaders with credibility
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly ramp, dive into details, and operate effectively amid ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear writing, crisp synthesis, and direct recommendations
  • Experience partnering across multiple geographies (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC)
  • Office requirement: 2-3 days a week in NYC
What we offer:
  • meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options
  • offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
