Job Description

This role requires attendance to our Cardiff office once weekly. We’re looking for a People Partner specialising in Change and Organisational Development to help shape how our organisation evolves. This is a high-impact role at the centre of transformation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver change that not only drives business performance but also strengthens our culture and improves the experience of our colleagues and customers. If you’re motivated by making change land well — not just on paper, but in how people feel and work every day — this role offers real scope to influence and make a difference.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver organisation-wide change and transformation
  • Ensure change lands effectively, with clear plans that balance business outcomes, risk, and colleague experience
  • Design practical approaches to change, including tools, frameworks, and communications that support consistency
  • Build capability in leaders, coaching them to lead through change with confidence and clarity
  • Proactively identify risks and impacts, supporting smooth delivery including consultation and employee relations considerations
  • Use data and insight to track impact, improve outcomes, and continuously evolve how we approach change

Requirements

  • Experience leading or supporting organisational change, transformation, or restructuring
  • Strong stakeholder skills — able to influence, challenge, and build trust with senior leaders
  • Confidence navigating complex people impacts, including consultation and employee relations considerations
  • A commercial mindset, balancing business outcomes with people experience
  • Ability to turn strategy into clear, practical actions

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regulated or complex environment
  • Experience developing change or organisational development approaches (frameworks, toolkits, interventions)
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPD)

What we offer

  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to up to 38 days
  • Option to buy or sell up to an additional five days of annual leave
  • Up to £3,600 of free shares each year after one year of service
  • Flexible working
  • Great work-life balance
