As People Partner for Audit, you will help shape and deliver the people agenda for our Audit Service Line, acting as a trusted partner to leadership and using insight and data to guide decisions. You will help build capability, strengthen culture and support growth in a fast moving, private equity backed environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Service line People Plan: Partner with Audit Leadership to set priorities, design solutions and deliver outcomes end‑to‑end, aligned to our organisational people strategy
  • Performance development: Embed a modern, growth‑oriented approach to performance, focusing on development, feedback and quality conversations, driving a high performance culture
  • Career pathways: Collaborate with the business and Talent and Learning team to develop and embed career pathways aligned to our behavioural framework to support our people in their career progression at Gravita
  • People Calendar: Manage the annual performance, promotion and reward cycle for the service line, managing spend to budget and ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Manager & leadership capability: Build capability through coaching and targeted interventions
  • Talent & retention: Lead talent discussions with senior leaders, including succession planning and retention mapping, and turn insights into actions with measurable impact, reducing organisational risk
  • Engagement: Diagnose themes and create tailored engagement plans that address root causes and raise the bar on team experience
  • Employee relations: Provide hands on support and guidance to managers in managing complex cases
  • Compliance: Work closely with Audit leadership and Compliance so people practices support regulatory requirements and audit quality
  • People projects: Lead people initiatives that shape the wider organisation. As part of a fast growing organisation, you have the opportunity to be involved in shaping our broader strategy
  • Change leadership: Drive and support change and transformation initiatives, including supporting M&A integration activity

Requirements:

  • Experienced strategic People Partner with a strong track record of delivering strategy and measurable outcomes
  • Audit stakeholder experience and familiarity with audit regulation/compliance (professional services background strongly preferred)
  • Data‑driven, future‑focused mindset, able to turn insight into action, iterate quickly and scale what works
  • Credible influencer and challenger. Comfortable coaching senior leaders, landing tough messages and holding the line on standards
  • Project leadership
  • confident in leading cross‑functional programmes from design through to adoption
