Reporting to our Head of People & Talent, you will play a key role in how Odin runs its office, supports its team, and creates a high-quality experience for the people who interact with us, from employees and new joiners to candidates, founders, investors and wider ecosystem. This is primarily an office, operations, and events role. You’ll help make sure the office runs smoothly day to day, support the team with the practical things that help them do great work, and coordinate events that strengthen Odin’s presence in the startup and private markets ecosystem.
