Job Description:

Agentio is looking for a People & Culture Operations Coordinator to help ensure that how it feels to work here is as thoughtful and high-quality as the product we’re building. This role sits at the intersection of people, systems, and environment—designing experiences that are intentional, human, and distinctly Agentio. This is a dual-impact role for someone who is curious about how things work—and how they could work better. You don’t just keep the wheels turning; you build the operating backbone of our People function while helping create an office and culture people are genuinely excited to show up for.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help build the workflows that allow Agentio to scale thoughtfully without losing the human experience
  • Partner closely with the Head of Talent to support and improve core People Ops systems and processes
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from offers and onboarding through performance reviews, role changes, and offboarding
  • Deliver and continuously improve a seamless onboarding and first-day experience that balances high-touch moments with smart automation
  • Maintain and optimize our People tech stack (e.g., Rippling, Ashby), ensuring data accuracy and reliability
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows across onboarding, interview scheduling, access coordination, reviews, and reporting
  • Draft, maintain, and improve people policies, internal documentation, and employee resources
  • Serve as a trusted, friendly resource for employee questions around benefits, policies, and processes
  • Support recruiting operations, ensuring interview coordination and candidate experiences reflect our bar for excellence
  • Execute culture rituals that help people feel seen, from anniversaries and birthdays to thoughtful new-hire moments
  • Lead logistics for team lunches, happy hours, offsites, and celebrations so experiences feel effortless for everyone else
  • Own the day-to-day office experience, including vendors, supplies, and overall environment
  • Ensure every new hire arrives on day one with equipment ready, access granted, and zero friction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in People Ops, HR, or Office Coordination (ideally at a startup)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and unstructured data

Nice to have:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or SHRM-CP / PHR)
  • Hands-on experience building workflows in Rippling or Ashby
What we offer:
  • Flexible PTO
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage – Top medical plan through Aetna
  • Dental & Vision Plans – Protect your smile and your sight with coverage from Guardian
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Invest in your future while you build your career
  • $100 Monthly Lifestyle Credit – Use it to shop with our amazing Agentio Brand Partners
  • Free Lunch 5x a week!
  • Gym in the building! – Your workout, right downstairs
  • Offers Equity
