With a “People Ops as a product” approach, you’ll design, automate and refine processes to reduce friction, improve self-service and support our continued growth. Partnering closely with HR leadership, legal and external vendors, you’ll play a key role in building a modern, scalable People Operations function that employees trust and leaders rely on.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and manage visa and right-to-work support, ensuring compliance with local immigration requirements
  • Ensure a smooth, consistent, and high-quality employee experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity, accuracy, and governance for reporting, audits, and compliance
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities and adoption
  • Serve as first-line support for employee and manager queries related to policies, benefits, systems, and processes
  • Manage and triage People Ops tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Build clear self-service resources to reduce repeat queries and improve scalability
  • Drive process automation and simplification, reducing manual work and friction across People Ops workflows
  • Document, standardize, and continuously improve People processes with scalability in mind
  • Apply a product mindset: gather feedback, analyze pain points, iterate, and measure outcomes
  • Own and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and SOPs, ensuring they are up to date, compliant, and accessible
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and regulatory requirements as needed
  • Partner with legal and external vendors where required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in People Operations / HR Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday (or similar enterprise HRIS)
  • Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration
  • Experience managing HR data, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience driving automation and simplification
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a scaling or fast-growth environment
  • Exposure to global or multi-country HR operations
