Job Responsibility:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of processes and initiatives
Partner with HR, RevOps, and Finance to ensure accurate and efficient data collection, project management and reporting processes
Provide guidance and training to HR and business leaders on data interpretation and utilization
Implement new company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Ensures data governance by administering and following policies/guidelines for providing and securing sensitive or confidential employee information
Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement HR strategies
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and incorporate them into the organization's strategy
Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and performance
Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Conduct in-depth analyses of employee surveys, exit interviews, and other feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement
Design and maintain dashboards and reports that Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
Requirements:
Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and link people data to organizational performance and outcomes
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of HR systems and data management best practices
