Position Details Location: Based in Rosario (Alvear Plant) or Buenos Aires (Vicente López) Work Model: Hybrid – required to be on-site 3 times per week Travel: Availability to travel between Argentina locations (Buenos Aires, Rosario)
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-implementation review, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Apply Process-Driven Application methodologies to streamline and standardize People Operations workflows for efficiency and consistency
Use Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze and improve HR process flows, identifying bottlenecks and reducing waste
Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation of HR processes
Develop and present insights and reports using Microsoft Power BI, demonstrating commercial acumen by connecting HR data to business outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective People Operations solutions
Ensure accuracy of the knowledge base and proper documentation of processes
Support daily People Operations activities, including training logistics, global mobility, onboarding/offboarding, and document administration
Continuously learn and adapt to new HR technologies, best practices, and data analysis techniques, showing strong Learning Agility
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
Advanced English proficiency (Portuguese is desirable)
Proven experience in People Operations, HR Analytics, or similar analytical roles, preferably within a large organization
Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, including statistical analysis and data visualization
Expertise in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
Experience applying Process-Driven Application methodologies and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) principles in HR contexts
High autonomy and learning agility, with a track record of quickly acquiring new skills and adapting to change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences
Availability to travel between Argentina locations (Buenos Aires, Rosario)
Nice to have:
Experience in automation and digitalization projects within HR environments
Certifications in Project Management (PMI, Scrum, Agile) or data analysis tools
Advanced knowledge of Power BI and other visualization tools
Previous experience in multinational or highly complex corporate environments
