Job Description:

As a People Operations Specialist, you will be challenged to join our People Operations team and oversee the compensation and benefits. Your impact on the team will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr's explosive growth and enables our employees to be well taken care of as they help our consumers and enterprise clients access on-demand photography worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

Own the entire payroll function and be accountable for its accuracy and timeliness
Analyze, reconcile, and correct any discrepancies or errors related to payroll and benefits
Facilitate enrollment of employees into compensation and benefits platforms
Orient and assist employees in the availment of benefits such as leaves, HMO, loans, maternity, sickness, and government subsidies
Be up to date with local compensation, statutory, and taxation laws
Act as a thought partner in designing a Total Rewards Philosophy and Strategy
Design and execute benefit and rewards programs
Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and maintain an internal job band structure
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Act as the main point of contact for Snappr's third-party vendors
Lead the selection and transition to a more effective payroll provider

Requirements:

At least 1-3 years of experience in administering payroll and benefits
At least 1 year of experience in collaborating with HR and management in designing and improving compensation and benefits programs and processes
Experience in using Sprout as a payroll software is a plus
Extensive knowledge of payroll procedures, HMO administration, government benefits, and current labor rules and regulations
Communicates clearly and manages stakeholders effectively
Great spreadsheet skills to analyze data, solve problems, and manage projects
Strong knowledge of market salary ranges and familiarity with Total Rewards are bonuses
A "let's get it done" mindset
Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas
