In this role you will drive HR excellence through operations with a problem-solving mentality and operationally focused mindset. This role will operationally develop the exit activities for the whole region of LATAM, that will enable the end to end exit process is successfully completed in system (Workday) and documents are sent correctly, on time and legally accurate.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee terminations across LATAM, including document generation, incident collection, payroll payment confirmations, and all related processes
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and completion within People Systems (Workday)
Oversee timely terminations to prevent payroll and security issues
Ensure incidents and payments are processed accurately and on time
Manage timely data migration to payroll systems to avoid employee impacts
Ensure adherence to local and regional processes and policies, promoting consistency across teams
Foster a continuous improvement mindset by leveraging technology to drive simplification, process refinement, and operational excellence
Verify that all exit documents are accurate, legally compliant, and sent within required timelines
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in HR operations
