The People Operations Specialist will manage employee data, oversee onboarding, support benefits administration, and coordinate office operations while ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across systems (HRIS, ATS, and internal tools), with a high level of attention to detail
Coordinate onboarding end-to-end, ensuring every new hire has a smooth, organized, and professional first experience
Execute employee lifecycle changes (promotions, compensation updates, status changes) accurately and on time
Support U.S. benefits administration, including enrollments, audits, employee questions, and vendor coordination
Act as a reliable first point of contact for employee questions, providing clear, timely responses and escalating when appropriate
Coordinate recruiting logistics, including scheduling and candidate communication, ensuring a polished and responsive candidate experience
Support day-to-day office operations, including vendor management, supplies, and maintaining a well-run, welcoming workspace
Maintain and update internal resources (policies, documentation, Notion), ensuring information is accurate and easy to access
Identify small process improvements and follow through to implement them
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, office management, or administrative roles in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
Clear communication skills and a professional, responsive approach to employee support
A high level of ownership and follow-through. You reliably close loops and don’t let things fall through the cracks
Sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information
Comfort working independently while staying closely aligned with your manager
Nice to have:
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Exposure to HR systems (Namely, Greenhouse, Notion) and maintaining data accuracy
