We’re looking for an exceptionally organized People Operations Specialist who thrives in dynamic, remote-first environments. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations for our global team—managing employee documentation, scheduling onboarding tasks, adding new hires to our HRIS and databases, and executing critical people operations processes. This isn’t a task-checking job. We’re looking for someone resourceful, detail-obsessed, and relentlessly proactive, who loves creating structure and solving problems before they even happen.
HRIS Management: Maintain and update accurate employee data within our HRIS and internal databases
Onboarding Coordination: Schedule and oversee onboarding tasks, ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and continuously enhance operational workflows
Requirements:
Fluent Russian and English speaker — you can negotiate with vendors, draft communications, and handle documents in both languages effortlessly
3+ years managing remote operations or HR processes across multiple countries
Project Management Strength: You move projects forward independently, anticipate bottlenecks, and deliver on time without hand-holding
Adaptability: You excel in a fast-changing environment — resourceful, flexible, and calm under pressure
Attention to Detail: You double-check your own work because you hold yourself to a higher standard.
