In this role you will drive HR excellence through operations with an operationally focused mindset. This role will operationally develop the end to end activities of moves (promotions, general increases, change jobs, etc) for LATAM, that will enable movements can be successfully completed in system (Workday).
Job Responsibility:
Manage the employee job changes (moves), including: document generation, benefits, etc.
Responsible for data input in system, with a special attention to data accuracy
Make sure that all the data of input and data in letters is correct
Align with Continuous Improvement mindset leveraging technology and contribute to the simplifications, refinement and operational excellence
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in HR operations
