Job Description

We’re looking for a Workforce Operations Specialist to support the full lifecycle of full time and consultant employees across several large enterprise clients. This role is highly operational and hands-on, sitting at the intersection of onboarding, workforce support, offboarding, and client management. This is a great role for someone who likes owning processes, keeping things organized, and being the steady point of contact amid a lot of moving parts. Role begins as temporary (an immediate need for training purposes), with a path to become a permanent employee.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for full time employees and consultant hires, including offer documentation, background checks, compliance requirements, system access, and equipment coordination
  • Handle offboarding and terminations, including access removal, equipment returns, final timesheets, and benefits notifications
  • Support consultant conversions and ensure all required documentation and approvals are completed
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees throughout their lifecycle
  • Support timesheets, PTO tracking, pay questions, benefits inquiries, and general employment support
  • Coordinate updates related to pay changes, extensions, work authorization renewals, and personal information changes
  • Partner closely with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT to resolve issues efficiently
  • Act as a liaison between hiring managers, enterprise clients, MSPs, and internal teams
  • Manage client-specific onboarding and workforce processes
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports related to active workers, conversions, terminations, and billing as needed
  • Support SOW extensions and change requests in partnership with internal and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, staffing operations, or a similar role
  • experience working within a staffing company will be prioritized
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Clear communicator who is proactive and not afraid to chase answers
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, MSP platforms, or timekeeping systems
