For our client, a dynamically growing SSC, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the HR team. If you have a good command of German, English, and Polish, and you can pride yourself on the knowledge of German labor law, apply and let us get to know you!

Job Responsibility

  • Provide efficient administrative support relating to all HR, Payroll and Pension activities including but not limited to: Starter & Leaver Processes
  • Payroll Preparations – Input/Checking
  • Pension Administration
  • Resolving HR, Payroll, Pension Queries
  • Monitor and action processes and request workflows in our HR service delivery case management platform
  • Employee Benefits Administration
  • Supporting activities to increase user adoption of the HR case management platform
  • Manage employee data in local and global systems and meet Service Level Agreements
  • Perform monthly People Core data audits to ensure data quality and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the area of responsibility
  • Manage taxes and social security contributions in cooperation with Payroll and the Finance department
  • Prepare and update documentation for employees (e.g. work contracts, amendments to work contracts etc.)
  • Monitor and update HR documentation when required
  • Continuously improve ways of working

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent education
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
  • Very good knowledge of German (min. B2), English (min. B1) and Polish
  • Responsible and proactive approach, with solid communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently
  • Positive, can-do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality
