Job Responsibility:
Provide efficient administrative support relating to all HR, Payroll and Pension activities including but not limited to: Starter & Leaver Processes
Payroll Preparations – Input/Checking
Pension Administration
Resolving HR, Payroll, Pension Queries
Monitor and action processes and request workflows in our HR service delivery case management platform
Employee Benefits Administration
Supporting activities to increase user adoption of the HR case management platform
Manage employee data in local and global systems and meet Service Level Agreements
Perform monthly People Core data audits to ensure data quality and compliance
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the area of responsibility
Manage taxes and social security contributions in cooperation with Payroll and the Finance department
Prepare and update documentation for employees (e.g. work contracts, amendments to work contracts etc.)
Monitor and update HR documentation when required
Continuously improve ways of working
Requirements:
University degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent education
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
Very good knowledge of German (min. B2), English (min. B1) and Polish
Responsible and proactive approach, with solid communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently
Positive, can-do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow
Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems
