Job Responsibility:

  • Spearhead initiatives to automate and optimize HR processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the People Team
  • Lead initiatives to develop and refine our global people processes, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements and ownership
  • Take ownership of complex projects and data, supporting our People COEs and People Team Objectives
  • Manage systems like JIRA ticketing and Lattice, ensuring their effective utilization to support various People Operations functions
  • Provide support in data analytics and survey strategy, utilizing insights to continuously improve and evolve our People Operations strategies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment with People Operations specific experience
  • Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
  • Experience leading process improvements, utilizing automations and driving clarity into complex and ambiguous environments
  • Overall track record of delivering quantifiable improvements
