This role is pivotal in enhancing our onboarding and offboarding experiences, as well as spearheading initiatives to leverage systems and data for the optimization of People Team operations.
Job Responsibility:
Spearhead initiatives to automate and optimize HR processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the People Team
Lead initiatives to develop and refine our global people processes, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements and ownership
Take ownership of complex projects and data, supporting our People COEs and People Team Objectives
Manage systems like JIRA ticketing and Lattice, ensuring their effective utilization to support various People Operations functions
Provide support in data analytics and survey strategy, utilizing insights to continuously improve and evolve our People Operations strategies
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment with People Operations specific experience
Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
Experience leading process improvements, utilizing automations and driving clarity into complex and ambiguous environments
Overall track record of delivering quantifiable improvements
