We’re looking for someone to take on People Operations and Payroll at Quinyx, we’re building towards an organisation where people operations run so smoothly that employees rarely need to ask questions, and you’ll be a key part of making that happen. This is a hands-on role with a lot of freedom and real responsibility from day one. You’ll own and continuously improve our people processes, from payroll and visa administration to expenses and onboarding, all within a structured framework. We’re not necessarily looking for years of experience. If you’re a recent graduate or early in your career and you have the right mindset, this could be a fantastic opportunity to grow within People Ops. The role covers parental leave from July 2026 through the end of May 2027. You’ll be the go-to person for people operations in our Amsterdam office (Fred. Roeskestraat 95–97, 1076 EC Amsterdam.), working full days between Monday to Thursday.
Job Responsibility:
Own day-to-day people operations: onboarding, offboarding,preparing various HR documentation (employee agreements, letters, certificates, etc.) and everything in between
Run and improve payroll processes in the Netherlands, Germany, USA and the UK, making sure everything is accurate and on time
Support visa and immigration administration, particularly Sweden
Review and process employee expenses
Maintain and develop workflows in HiBob to make self-service the default
Step in to support our Amsterdam office when needed
Constantly look for ways to make processes better - for the team and for the whole organisation
Requirements:
Professional fluency in English
Eligible to work in the Netherlands (we do not sponsor visas for this role)
Nice to have:
Some experience with payroll, especially UK payroll
Basic knowledge of employment law (Netherlands, Germany, US & UK)
