We're looking for a Payroll and People Operations Specialist to join our team. The Operations Specialists at Arrive are the face of the People & Culture team for any employee seeking support on people topics. You'll manage core Payroll and People Operations functions, focusing on efficient HR administration, payroll, data management, and employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
Payroll Administration: Managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reconciliations
Administrative and Compliance Support: Preparing and distributing essential HR documents, maintaining organized personnel files, and ensuring documentation meets data protection standards
Data Analytics and Reporting: Serving as a data steward, maintaining high-quality employee data in HRIS, and providing insights to leadership through workforce reports
Project Management and People Initiatives: Leading or actively participating in global People & Culture projects and promoting cross-regional collaboration
Employee Support: Providing comprehensive support to employees and managers across the entire employee lifecycle
Regional Expertise and Compliance: Ensuring compliance of operational and payroll activities with local employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced global organization
Knowledge of Australia, the Philippines, and Malaysia HR law and regulations
Proficiency in Workday is required
A full understanding of data security, the need for approvals, and correct procedures
Experience supporting HR operational employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, changes, and offboarding
The ability to diagnose and create solutions for employees and managers
A collaborative work style, with the ability to operate independently when needed
A detail-oriented and structured approach to your work
Clear communication skills across functions and global geographies
