People Operations Manager

• Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, off-boarding, employee transitions)
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support internal communication and employee branding initiatives
• Organize company events and employee engagement activities
• Administer insurance, leave policies, and timesheets
• Manage Zoho People, including HR automations and data management
• Track and analyze HR and tech metrics to support decision-making
• Support HR budget planning and HR initiatives

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT or tech industry
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Experience with the Zoho People system or a similar HR system
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and project managers
• Familiarity with B2B contractor environments is a plus
• English Level — Upper-Intermediate
