Job Description:

We are looking for a driven People Operations Lead who can be a positive force to drive operational efficiency, manage best-in-class technology, design intentional processes, and contribute to delivering an exceptional employee experience. This role will play a key part in managing employee requests, driving strategic business process improvements in Workday, maintaining data integrity across our people technology, and managing compliance related activities for the People Ops team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Uses a deep understanding of Workday to initiate and complete key business processes
  • Responsible for accurately reviewing employee data into Workday
  • Partner with stakeholders in People and Payroll
  • Provides high quality employee and manager support
  • Design and implement programs to minimize manual transactions
  • Prepare, review, interpret and analyze data
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date process documentation
  • Working knowledge of relevant federal and global regulations
  • Develop and deliver training related to People Ops programs
  • Supports the People function by contributing to ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Workday HCM, Greenhouse, CultureAmp
  • 5+ years of experience in People Ops teams at fast-paced, scaling organizations
  • High degree of customer-obsession
  • Experience with HR practices and program development
  • Strong HR operational knowledge
  • Ability to work hands-on
  • Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven experience handling confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven time management and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
