This role is for someone who enjoys building, improving, and running operational processes – not sitting on the sidelines. You’ll lead the redesign of the onboarding and induction experience and then take ownership of core people operations as the business continues to scale. Reporting directly to a highly engaging CPO, you will move beyond the traditional administrative grind to own the systems, workflows, and foundations that will carry the business during a time of exceptional growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end redesign and implementation of the onboarding and induction framework
Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders including People, IT, and Hiring Managers to ensure every new employee has the best possible start
Own the day-to-day execution of core people operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including contract management, data integrity and compliance
Oversee and mentor the businesses offshore People Operations Administrator, leveraging their support to handle high-volume tasks whilst remaining hands-on and accountable for work quality
Manage HRIS data and people records, ensuring that as the business grows, its foundations remain accurate, compliant, and tech-enabled
Requirements:
Established People Ops / Generalist with 4–7 years experience
Experience in a scaling environment
Understanding of the shift in complexity when a business doubles in size
Analytical rigor to map a process
Grit to implement it in a fast-moving, pragmatic culture
