In this role, 80% of your bandwidth will be dedicated to the precision execution of the employee lifecycle. You will act as the custodian of our processes, managing every critical touchpoint—from facilitating seamless, compliant onboarding experiences and maintaining error-free records to managing complex documentation and ensuring dignified, organized exits. Your primary objective is to ensure that our HR operations are audit-ready, legally sound, and running with machine-like efficiency. The remaining 20% of your time will be focused on the human element, where you will support high-impact employee engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant and positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end pre-boarding and onboarding process
  • Coordinate with IT and Admin teams to ensure asset allocation
  • Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with 100% accuracy
  • Update employee records regarding transfers, promotions, and personal details
  • Manage leave and attendance tracking systems

  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances specific to India and Karnataka
  • Handle employee queries regarding salary slips, tax proofs, and PF withdrawals
  • Draft and issue vital HR letters
  • Maintain digital and physical personnel files
  • Monitor attendance anomalies, leave misuse, and ensure compliance with company leave policies
  • Manage the resignation workflow and calculate notice period adjustments
  • Coordinate the Full & Final (FnF) settlement process
  • Conduct operational exit interviews
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations concerns, grievances and redirect them
  • Align HR operations with global policies while adapting them for India
  • Participate in cross-region HR calls and projects
  • Plan and execute monthly birthday bashes, festival celebrations, and team outings
  • Assist in drafting internal emails, newsletters, and policy change announcements
  • Coordinate health camps or wellness webinars for employees

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
  • MBA in HR or a Master’s degree with relevant certification
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
  • Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS tools like Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho People, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Solid understanding of Indian Labor Laws and Karnataka state statutory requirements
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Process-Oriented
What we offer:
  • Flexible working policy
  • Insurances - Family Floater Mediclaim, Employee Personal Accident and Employee Term Life
  • Personal annual L&D Budgets
  • Enhanced Gympass membership
