We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to support our global People Operations function. This internship is ideal for someone looking to start their HR career and gain hands-on experience across benefits, HR analytics, employee support, and global People Operations projects within a fast-paced international environment. You will work directly with the Director, People Operations Global, and collaborate with People & Office teams across multiple regions to contribute to a seamless and consistent employee experience worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for global employee inquiries related to compensation processes, benefits, policies, and general People Operations topics
  • Support the administration and harmonization of global and local compensation and benefits programs, including updates, enrollments, documentation, and employee communications
  • Assist with simple compensation-related tasks such as maintaining compensation data, supporting salary or job change updates, and handling ad-hoc compensation requests under the guidance of the People Operations team
  • Help keep compensation information and systems updated to ensure data accuracy and alignment with global standards
  • Contribute to a smooth and positive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain and update employee records across global HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity metrics) and support the creation of global dashboards and reporting
  • Support global data audits to ensure consistency and integrity across systems and regions
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Assist with documenting and improving global People Operations processes, templates, and SOPs
  • Help identify opportunities for process automation and improved global workflow efficiency
  • Contribute to global People Operations projects, including policy development, operational optimization, and employee experience initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners — including Legal, IT, Finance, and regional People & Office teams — to support global initiatives and ensure cohesive execution
  • Assist in managing relationships with global HR service providers and vendors

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in HR/People Operations and a desire to learn in an international, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with HR data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English
