Job Description

We're looking for someone to learn the ins and outs of People Operations alongside our People Team - involved in every HR process, from operational to administrative. You'll work under the guidance of our Senior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist, as you build hands-on experience across People processes, from operational to administrative work. We'd love for you to join us in Amsterdam for 6 to 12 months, starting August/September 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the day-to-day admin tasks
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on standard HR questions
  • Review, process, and ensure accurate handling of employee expense claims
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes, contributing to projects that drive efficiency across the People Team

Requirements

  • Studying Human Resources, Psychology, or a related bachelor's programme
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Available for 40 hours per week
  • Eligible to do an internship in the Netherlands
  • Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the full duration of the internship
  • Enthusiasm and can-do attitude
  • Positive and driven team player who’s always eager to learn more
