This internship is your chance to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing international company. You’ll learn by doing, supporting our day-to-day HR activities in France and across other European markets. You’ll help us make sure our employees have a smooth experience from hiring to onboarding, during their time with us, and even when they leave. You’ll also get exposure to how we manage compliance, HR systems, and engagement initiatives that shape Powerdot’s culture.

Compliance & Policies: how to keep everything aligned with local regulations while fostering trust
HRIS & Analytics: how to manage data, reports, and tools like a pro
Engagement & Culture: how to design initiatives that truly bring teams together
Requirements:
Top-tier Engineering School or Business School background, in a gap-year or final-year internship
Bold and curious, eager to learn, and you go beyond what is asked of you to deliver maximum value
With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and autonomous in driving projects forward and taking risks
Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of priorities
Rigorous and methodical, you are efficient and can manage several projects at once
Pragmatic, you don’t get lost in details and can quickly find simple solutions to problems
Creative, able to “think outside the box” to solve problems
Responsible, you take full ownership of your topics and take pride in delivering well-executed, high-quality work
Interested in programming, no-code or low-code tools, and all kinds of hacks to simplify life and improve efficiency
Strong written and oral communication skills: able to clearly present progress and obstacles, and share your ideas convincingly and constructively
Capable of understanding our Business Plan and our levers for growth and profitability as an investment fund
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Experience in consulting or investment banking is a strong plus
Appetite and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility, with the ambition to conquer a fast-growing market with a disruptive value proposition
Experience in electric mobility is a plus
