This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to HR operations for a dynamic organization of approximately 140 employees. In this role, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities, from employee onboarding and data management to supporting compliance processes and engagement initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees while managing HR-related inquiries
Administer leave of absence programs, including coordinating documentation and keeping accurate records
Collaborate with payroll and leadership teams to address payroll-related questions and prepare employee-related documentation, such as promotion letters
Support HR programs like performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and benefits enrollment
Manage internal communications, including company-wide announcements, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs
Maintain and optimize HR systems, such as Rippling and Lattice, to ensure accurate data management and reporting
Assist with immigration-related documentation processes, ensuring compliance and timely communication
Respond to employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, and HR programs
Coordinate Open Enrollment activities and ensure smooth execution in collaboration with the HR team
Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR administration and employee relations
Proficiency in managing HRIS platforms, including Rippling and Lattice, or similar systems
Strong knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration processes
Familiarity with leave of absence coordination and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in handling employee data and documentation
Effective communication skills to manage internal communications and respond to employee inquiries
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including payroll and leadership, to address HR-related matters
Experience supporting Open Enrollment and performance management programs
