The People Operations Coordinator at The Outloud Group plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day experience of our team. This person is organized, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of how we operate, touching recruiting, onboarding, team coordination, and everything in between. We’re looking for someone based in Mexico who is excited to grow with us, work closely with a global team, and make a real impact from day one. Job Responsibility:
Supporting recruiting efforts, including coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and keeping the hiring pipeline organized
Owning onboarding logistics to ensure new hires are set up for success from Day 1
Managing systems and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce
Keeping trackers, spreadsheets, and internal documentation accurate and up to date
Supporting team events, internal initiatives, and offsite planning
Assisting with travel coordination for teammates as needed
Maintaining org charts, team documents, and internal resources
Helping improve and maintain People Ops processes over time
Requirements:
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable working with a US-based team across time zones
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute across different areas
Full-time availability for a remote role based in Mexico (with occasional travel to the United States for team offsites or events)
Nice to have:
Recruiting coordination or candidate communication experience is a plus
Experience in administrative or operations support roles is helpful
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or similar systems
Experience supporting events, logistics, or team coordination is a plus
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
