As the People Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of creating an exceptional employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Co-managing the shared People inbox, responding to queries with speed and empathy
Supporting general HR administration tasks, including preparing contracts and offer letters
Maintaining accurate employee records across HRIS systems (Workday)
Owning the onboarding experience to ensure new starters feel welcomed and prepared
Assisting with offboarding tasks and exit surveys
Supporting monthly payroll administration by maintaining accurate data
Helping manage benefits administration to ensure seamless updates for new hires
Updating and maintaining People data across internal systems
Supporting the People Analyst in generating routine reports to enhance data accuracy
Identifying opportunities for process improvements in collaboration with the People Operations Manager
Coordinating People-led events and initiatives as you grow in the role
Requirements:
Experience in HR or a strong interest in starting a career in People Operations
A process-minded approach with a knack for improving workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly tone
High attention to detail and superb organisational skills
A collaborative mindset and desire to support a dynamic team
Curiosity about generalist HR and best practices in People Ops
