We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual People Operations Coordinator to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both administrative and HR-related functions. The ideal candidate will excel at managing employee records, streamlining processes, and ensuring operational accuracy within multiple platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct weekly audits to review and update employee information across HRIS and benefits systems
Maintain accurate and organized electronic files for both active and inactive employees, ensuring the latest policies, handbooks, and guides are readily available
Prepare reports and perform data analysis to support monthly company meetings and leadership requests
Handle payroll-related tasks such as correcting timesheets, managing pay types, and ensuring payroll accuracy
Respond to employment verification requests, including calls, letters, and third-party inquiries
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees
Assist with the development and maintenance of People Operations SOPs to support scalability and efficiency
Act as a point of contact for system-related issues, including password resets and employee assistance with enrollment or navigation
Manage reporting and analytics through HRIS and timekeeping systems to support organizational needs
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or a detailed administrative role
Hands-on proficiency with HRIS platforms
experience with Namely is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, including auditing timesheets and managing pay codes
Experience working with both exempt and non-exempt employee groups
manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively support a diverse workforce
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Comfortable providing software training and troubleshooting for employees
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support team members at all organizational levels
