Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an People Operations Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm.The salary is £33,000. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Provide first line generalist HR advice and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, with a view to resolving matters on advice. Coordinate HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and performance appraisals. Support the wider HR team with complex processes such as restructures, TUPE, DSARs, collective consultations etc. Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations. Job Responsibility
