Job Responsibility
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Process employment changes, promotions, and organizational updates
Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
Support employee engagement programs and company events
Coordinate interviews and hiring schedules
Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials
Track recruiting metrics and HR reporting
Assist with compliance audits and special HR projects
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
2–4 years of experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, or office administration
High school diploma or equivalent required
an associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, UKG, or Paylocity
HR certifications such as aPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar are welcomed but not required
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information
Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for creating a positive employee experience
