Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Process employment changes, promotions, and organizational updates
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
  • Support employee engagement programs and company events
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring schedules
  • Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials
  • Track recruiting metrics and HR reporting
  • Assist with compliance audits and special HR projects
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, or office administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • an associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, UKG, or Paylocity
  • HR certifications such as aPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar are welcomed but not required
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for creating a positive employee experience
