Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated People Operations Coordinator intern to help our international People team deliver a smooth, compliant employee experience during a critical period of transformation projects (payroll migration, HRIS, and LMS deployments). You’ll gain hands-on experience across HR administration, HRIS, and payroll while supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, multicultural tech environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the People team to execute and continuously improve core People Ops processes while keeping data accurate and workflows efficient
  • Manage administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding) and prepare/update employee documents (contracts, amendments, attestations)
  • Maintain People data in Rippling (HRIS) and support leave and benefits processes (PTO, RTT, sick leave)
  • Assist with monthly payroll inputs, monthly/quarterly controls, and social contributions declarations
  • maintain People data in Silae (payroll system)
  • Contribute to People Ops projects (e.g., HRIS rollout, LMS implementation, training tracking), and help improve HR reporting, KPIs, analytics, and documentation/digitalization across People Ops

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a program in HR, Business, Administration, or similar
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • able to handle confidential data with discretion
  • Proficient in French and English
  • Comfortable working in a digital, multicultural environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HRIS and Payroll tools
  • Experience or coursework in HR reporting, KPIs, and basic People analytics
  • Interest in HRIS/LMS deployments and documentation/digitalization of People processes
