We’re looking for a motivated People Operations Coordinator intern to help our international People team deliver a smooth, compliant employee experience during a critical period of transformation projects (payroll migration, HRIS, and LMS deployments). You’ll gain hands-on experience across HR administration, HRIS, and payroll while supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, multicultural tech environment.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the People team to execute and continuously improve core People Ops processes while keeping data accurate and workflows efficient
Manage administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding) and prepare/update employee documents (contracts, amendments, attestations)
Maintain People data in Rippling (HRIS) and support leave and benefits processes (PTO, RTT, sick leave)
Assist with monthly payroll inputs, monthly/quarterly controls, and social contributions declarations
maintain People data in Silae (payroll system)
Contribute to People Ops projects (e.g., HRIS rollout, LMS implementation, training tracking), and help improve HR reporting, KPIs, analytics, and documentation/digitalization across People Ops
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a program in HR, Business, Administration, or similar
Strong organization and attention to detail
able to handle confidential data with discretion
Proficient in French and English
Comfortable working in a digital, multicultural environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with HRIS and Payroll tools
Experience or coursework in HR reporting, KPIs, and basic People analytics
Interest in HRIS/LMS deployments and documentation/digitalization of People processes
