We’re hiring a People Operations Associate to support and help scale our People function as we grow. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations, this role will play a key part in executing and supporting People systems, employee lifecycle operations, and compliance work. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role.
Job Responsibility:
Support and execute People systems work across the employee lifecycle
Assist with administration and effective use of our People technology ecosystem
Support job changes and other employee lifecycle updates
Manage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes
Support ongoing compliance work
Partner with the People team and cross-functional stakeholders to support reporting, audits, and data integrity
Regularly update internal People Operations resources on Sharepoint
Help maintain compliance calendars
Ensure People Operations processes are documented, repeatable, and employee-friendly
Jump in to support special projects across the People team as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Experience supporting People Operations and/or HR systems in a growing organization
Experience working in Tech or Saas preferred
Hands-on experience administering HR and People tools such as Rippling, Lattice, Awardco, and Traliant, or similar platforms
Experience working on a fully remote or highly distributed team, with comfort operating independently and collaborating asynchronously preferred
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple systems and processes at once
A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for input or escalate
Clear, thoughtful communicator who enjoys being helpful and responsive
Interest in growing your People Operations skill set and taking on increasing responsibility over time
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Nice to have:
