Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for daily operations of the HR functions
  • Oversee proper maintenance of employee personnel records in the HR system
  • Assist in administering employees’ benefit programs including but not limited to designing, developing, and execution of programs
  • Support office management
  • liaise with facility management vendors
  • Coordinate and manage office equipment and asset
  • Facilitate on- and off-boarding process
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR Policies and processes to ensure compliance with global and local statutory requirements
  • Organize employee engagement activities such as corporate retreat and company gathering
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Expert in local employment regulations
  • Proficiency in global employment regulation is plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness
  • Versatile and has a strong perseverance mindset
