In this role, you will be part of the HR Operations Center EMEA and play an important role in supporting payroll and HR operations across multiple countries in the region. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery across multiple EMEA countries
  • Support review of payroll outputs, identify discrepancies, and follow up on resolution
  • Monitor payroll timelines and cycles to help ensure smooth and timely processing
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding & offboarding)
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee data and documentation in HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Manage HR cases and workflows in ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) in line with SLAs
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers for day to day business
  • Contribute to process improvements, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and standardization
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring proper documentation, version control, and clear ways of working

Requirements

  • Experience in payroll coordination/processing, ideally in a multi-country environment
  • Background in HR Operations / HR Administration with solid payroll exposure
  • Experience working with case management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • High level of ownership, consistency, and accountability
  • Structured approach with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a structured way
  • Fluent English required, Fluent Polish and basic French knowledge would be an advantage
