This person will support a wide range of people operations initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including HR data and analytics, recruiting coordination, HR systems administration, benefits and payroll support, and compliance. Job Responsibility

Support a wide range of people operations initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including HR data and analytics, recruiting coordination, HR systems administration, benefits and payroll support, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, required.
  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics or HR operations within financial services, required.
  • Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, HR data management, and recruiting coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining HR data, generating reports, and supporting HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and global offices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Own and administer our HRIS (HiBob) — managing data accuracy, user permissions, and day-to-day requests ensuring consistency and completeness across all employee records
  • Act as the single source of truth for people and administrative data, proactively identifying gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies
  • Run regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance and alignment with company and regional standards
  • Partner with IT and finance to optimize and improve system integrations, automation, and increase overall system efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues
