Our client, a global private investment firm based in New York City, is seeking a People Operations Analyst to join its growing Human Resources team. This role will support a wide range of people operations initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including HR data and analytics, recruiting coordination, HR systems administration, benefits and payroll support, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of HR operations.
Job Responsibility:
Support a wide range of people operations initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including HR data and analytics, recruiting coordination, HR systems administration, benefits and payroll support, and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, required
2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics or HR operations within financial services, required
Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, HR data management, and recruiting coordination
Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining HR data, generating reports, and supporting HR metrics and dashboards
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and global offices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
