Job Responsibility:
Maintain employee documentation, including contracts, records, HR data, and regular document updates
coordinate onboarding activities, prepare agreements, and ensure new hires experience a smooth start
update HR systems, flows, and SharePoint content to keep information accurate, structured, and easy to access
support employees by responding to routine HR questions with accuracy and care
assist with compliance, policy updates, internal/external audit administration, and maintain high data quality across all tools
Requirements:
BSc or MSc degree in Human Resource Management or another relevant field
previous experience from HR administration
understanding of Swedish labor law and standard HR processes
skilled in working with HR systems, digital tools, and structured workflows
communicate clearly in both Swedish and English
thrive in environments built on accuracy, structure, and a strong service‑minded attitude
ability to stay organized, handle confidential information with professionalism, and collaborate with different stakeholders
