Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a People Operations Administrator. This is a full-time. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Job Responsibility
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and support onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage HR inbox queries and provide timely, professional responses
Track absence, holiday, sickness records, probation reviews, and compliance requirements (e.g. visas and training)
Support HR reporting, audits, employee relations processes, and wider HR projects
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
