Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a People Operations Administrator. This is a full-time. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage HR inbox queries and provide timely, professional responses
  • Track absence, holiday, sickness records, probation reviews, and compliance requirements (e.g. visas and training)
  • Support HR reporting, audits, employee relations processes, and wider HR projects

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
