Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (German & English) Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with strong Enterprise outbound experience to lead our growing team across the DACH region. As a hands-on and motivational leader, you will coach and develop a high-performing BDR team, with a strong focus on elevating outbound prospecting, especially cold calling, to drive pipeline growth and create qualified opportunities for our Sales organisation. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, improve lead quality, streamline processes, and empower your team with best-in-class tools and training.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs, supporting them in improving outreach quality, objection handling, qualification, and overall performance
  • Provide hands-on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role‑play sessions to boost confidence and conversion rates
  • Build and deliver scalable training programmes covering outbound techniques, messaging, ICP alignment, and sales best practices
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews, setting clear expectations and tailored development plans to support career growth
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, social)
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align on pipeline targets and improve qualification and conversion metrics
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and modern sales engagement platforms to scale personalised outreach at volume
  • Ensure Salesforce CRM data is accurate, up‑to‑date, and provides clear visibility into team activity and pipeline impact
  • Partner with Marketing to refine demand generation programmes and improve lead quality and flow
  • Work with Sales Enablement to enhance messaging, scripts, sequences, and training documentation
  • Analyse and optimise BDR processes using data-driven insights, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as a liaison between the BDR team and senior Sales leadership, presenting updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams within a SaaS or technology organisation
  • Skilled in Enterprise outbound, cold calling, target account engagement, and qualification methodologies
  • A strong coach with the ability to motivate, inspire, and upskill teams
