Job Responsibility

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs, supporting them in improving outreach quality, objection handling, qualification, and overall performance
Provide hands-on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role‑play sessions to boost confidence and conversion rates
Build and deliver scalable training programmes covering outbound techniques, messaging, ICP alignment, and sales best practices
Conduct ongoing performance reviews, setting clear expectations and tailored development plans to support career growth
Drive predictable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, social)
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align on pipeline targets and improve qualification and conversion metrics
Leverage AI-driven tools and modern sales engagement platforms to scale personalised outreach at volume
Ensure Salesforce CRM data is accurate, up‑to‑date, and provides clear visibility into team activity and pipeline impact
Partner with Marketing to refine demand generation programmes and improve lead quality and flow
Work with Sales Enablement to enhance messaging, scripts, sequences, and training documentation
