Job Description:

As our People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for our US entity and assist with other global entities, contributing significantly to our operational and administrative HR processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary People partner for US operations, consulting with the business on labor law, regulatory compliance, benefits administration and employee relations matters
  • Prepare and process US payroll in collaboration with external providers and W-2/W-4 year end filings
  • Ensure benefit plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations
  • Process required documentation through payroll and insurance providers for accurate record-keeping, deductions, and regular reconciliation of benefit statements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and employment verifications
  • Perform all end-of-year benefit and compliance testing
  • Perform audits and HR reporting
  • Conduct bi-weekly first-day onboarding for all U.S. new hires
  • Complete new hire paperwork, including creating profiles in ADP, verifying I-9 documentation, and managing other new hire files
  • Work closely with our Total Rewards team and the benefits brokers to negotiate and conduct annual Open Enrollment
  • Advise management on the termination process to ensure compliance and best practices, while executing the necessary administrative tasks such as drafting letters and terminating accounts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of US payroll processing, tax compliance, and labor laws
  • 3+ yrs of people operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with US benefits administration and vendor coordination
  • Experience supporting audits and HR reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in expanding global benefits expertise
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now
