This position is needed to support delivery of People priorities. This role supports a highly senior organization consisting of approximately 300 Product Management employees. You will be an integral part of the People Generalists team, reporting to the Global People Generalists Manager, and partnering closely with and supporting the work of international and functional HRBPs and COEs across the People team. Twilio is looking for a People Generalist who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of providing advice and assistance with HR queries in a wide variety of areas including benefits & compensation, offboarding, global mobility and employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the HRBP team supporting our R&D function to support program roll-outs and on-going process execution
Analyse HR data and trends across the organisation they support (e.g. headcount, attrition, performance) to generate insights, trends and prepare clear and customised reports, metrics and presentation materials for HRBPs and senior leadership to support decision-making
Own and manage performance management cases end-to-end, partnering with managers to ensure fair, consistent, and timely outcomes in line with company policy
Coach and guide managers through the performance management process, providing advice, documentation support, and best practice to build manager capability and ensure a positive employee experience
Support HR Leader on ad hoc projects
Help to execute and where required lead business led initiatives (re-orgs, job role and level assessments, etc)
Partner cross functionally with key stakeholders: Talent Management, IT, ER, HR operations, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation, etc. to ensure communications, program, and process alignment
Program Management- maintaining the annual program calendar of events
Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects
Requirements:
3+ years experience in an HR role partnering with an R&D org
Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
You are a decisive problem solver with a 'get it done' attitude who will thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgment with sensitive and confidential issues
Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations with stakeholders
Data Storytelling: Connects internal data with external benchmarks to provide actionable executive insights
AI-Enabled Efficiency: Enhances productivity through the sensible and strategic usage of AI tools
Demonstrates employee focus and managing proactive communication to ensure optimum HR support
Leads the alignment between R&D HRBPs and COEs to ensure programs are scalable and reflect unique functional needs
