Job Responsibility:
Partner with Leadership: Build trusted relationships with the Vietnam Country Manager and leadership team
provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational matters
Drive Talent Strategy: Lead recruitment for managerial roles and above
build strategic partnerships with universities and training institutions
enhance our employer brand
Develop Our People: Design and deliver learning programs aligned to business priorities
build leadership capability
drive performance management with quality
Champion Culture: Embed Discova's unique culture across all markets
establish systematic employee listening
lead diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
Ensure Compliance: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations
maintain deep knowledge of labor laws across jurisdictions
proactively identify and mitigate people-related risks
Build Your Team: Lead and develop a high-performing regional People Experience team
create development plans and career pathways for HR team members
Requirements:
6-8 years progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines
3-5 years in HR leadership roles
Solid knowledge of Vietnam employment law and compliance requirements
Strong operational HR background with developing strategic capabilities
Budget management experience
Excellent written and spoken English (essential)
Vietnamese language (essential)
Nice to have:
Multi-location or multi-market HR experience
Experience with HRIS systems
Understanding of talent management and organizational development
Service industry experience (travel/tourism/hospitality a plus)
