Discova is seeking an exceptional People Experience Leader to lead our people operations across Vietnam—a truly opportunity for an ambitious HR professional ready to level up. Working closely with the Discova People Experience Leader and Regional GM, you'll gain invaluable multi-country experience while building strategic capabilities that will define your career.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines
  • 3-5 years in HR leadership roles
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnam employment law and compliance requirements
  • Strong operational HR background with developing strategic capabilities
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English (essential)
  • Vietnamese language (essential)

Nice to have

  • Multi-location or multi-market HR experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Understanding of talent management and organizational development
  • Service industry experience (travel/tourism/hospitality a plus)
