Job Description

The People Experience Coordinator represents the SOURCE department to internal and external customers by delivering an exceptional, people-first experience in every interaction. This role serves as a key connection point across the organization, supporting employees, leaders, and guests with a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and care. Whether assisting with employee needs, coordinating behind-the-scenes work, or welcoming guests onto our campus, the People Experience Coordinator plays an important role in creating a seamless and positive experience. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being helpful, and is willing to step in wherever needed to support the team and the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors, delivering a high-quality, service-oriented experience
  • Support the coordination and execution of People Experience activities, ensuring work is organized, tracked, and completed with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with employee inquiries and requests, helping to facilitate solutions through collaboration with internal partners
  • Contribute to a well-organized and efficient workplace environment, including front desk and guest experience responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all interactions and work
  • Support team priorities and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to “jump in” where support is required
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, with 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or HR support role
  • A genuine people-first mindset with a passion for helping others and delivering a high-quality service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to take ownership and contribute wherever needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a professional and approachable presence
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem-solve, and support evolving team and business needs
