The People Experience Coordinator represents the SOURCE department to internal and external customers by delivering an exceptional, people-first experience in every interaction. This role serves as a key connection point across the organization, supporting employees, leaders, and guests with a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and care. Whether assisting with employee needs, coordinating behind-the-scenes work, or welcoming guests onto our campus, the People Experience Coordinator plays an important role in creating a seamless and positive experience. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being helpful, and is willing to step in wherever needed to support the team and the business.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors, delivering a high-quality, service-oriented experience
Support the coordination and execution of People Experience activities, ensuring work is organized, tracked, and completed with accuracy and timeliness
Assist with employee inquiries and requests, helping to facilitate solutions through collaboration with internal partners
Contribute to a well-organized and efficient workplace environment, including front desk and guest experience responsibilities
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all interactions and work
Support team priorities and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to “jump in” where support is required
Look for opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, with 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or HR support role
A genuine people-first mindset with a passion for helping others and delivering a high-quality service experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to take ownership and contribute wherever needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a professional and approachable presence
Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem-solve, and support evolving team and business needs
