Job Description

Our client in Lawrenceville is looking to bring on a People Engagement Partner for a fully on-site contract-to-hire position. This position supports employee relations by independently managing employee concerns, investigations, and ethics reports while partnering closely with People Services. This role ensures confidentiality, fairness, and compliance, and provides insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement and organizational practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct medium to high-complexity employee relations inquiries and investigations
  • Prepare clear, formal investigation reports with recommended actions
  • Escalate when legally required
  • Ensure consistent, timely, and compliant case handling
  • Manage ethics reporting intake, investigations, responses, and close-out documentation
  • Analyze engagement and investigation trends and recommend preventive or corrective actions
  • Partner with People Services on corrective action, performance improvement plans, and training initiatives
  • Support employee relations practices through a DEIB-informed lens
  • Deliver training to employees and managers on employee relations and ethics processes
  • Maintain working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to organizational planning and leadership initiatives
