Job Description:

The People Engagement lead is a senior level position responsible for driving people priorities within Markets Operations, working closely with colleagues within Chief of Staff, Markets COO and HR to foster a high-performance culture, enhance engagement, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Specific responsibilities include developing the people strategy for the organization, collaborating with various teams, analyzing employee feedback, driving human capital risk management topics, and leveraging technology for implementation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and inform the people strategy for Markets Operations and drive key initiatives
  • collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Markets COO and others to implement tailored people initiatives
  • champion initiatives to strengthen the risk culture within Markets Operations
  • drive successful delivery of Human Capital Risk management topics in partnership with HR
  • analyze Voice of Employee (VOE) feedback and formulate actionable responses to enhance engagement
  • facilitate the Markets Operations People Working Group
  • identify on-the-ground employee engagement opportunities for senior leaders
  • develop monthly KPIs or metrics for measuring impact of people engagement efforts
  • communicate initiatives to leadership and across different groups
  • identify opportunities to leverage technology and tools for efficient implementation
  • assist Chief of Staff in executing communications programs
  • support the broader chief of staff team on critical or urgent initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience in related people-focused roles, preferably in financial services
  • proven track record in leading strategic people initiatives and programs
  • ability to translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives
  • strong stakeholder management, cross-functional and leadership skills
  • exceptional verbal, written and presentation (ppt) skills
  • strong negotiation ability
  • capable of managing multiple priorities and complexities under pressure
  • strong data interpretation to draw actionable insights (HR data, VOE) and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in data visualization
  • ability to leverage technology, including AI, for efficiency
  • bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or related field
  • master’s degree preferred (e.g. MBA).
