People Engagement Lead

• Develop and inform the people strategy for Markets Operations
• collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Markets COO and SMBIC Ops
• champion initiatives to strengthen the risk culture within Markets Operations
• drive successful delivery of Human Capital Risk management topics
• lead analysis of VOE feedback for Markets Operations
• facilitate the Markets Operations People Working Group
• identify on-the-ground employee engagement opportunities
• develop monthly KPIs or other metrics/reporting
• regularly communicate on initiatives in key internal forums
• identify opportunities to leverage technology and tools
• support Communications lead and broader chief of staff team

• 8-15 years of experience in related people-focused roles, preferably in financial services
• proven track record in leading strategic people initiatives and programs
• ability to translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives
• strong stakeholder management, cross-functional and leadership skills
• exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
• strong negotiation ability
• capable of managing multiple priorities and complexities under pressure
• strong data interpretation to draw actionable insights
• proficient in data visualization
• ability to leverage technology, including AI, for efficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
