We are seeking a highly motivated People Engagement Specialist to design, implement and coordinate employee engagement programs and activities to ensure employee motivation and support the company's short- and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for employee engagement, and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
Job Responsibility:
Design and implement employee engagement activities that align with the company's mission and values, and support its short and long-term goals
Support the development, execution, and coordination of employee engagement programs and activities, including workshops, seminars, training, and other initiatives
Assist with events and projects associated with employee appreciation, engagement, and recognition, such as employee appreciation days, recognition awards, and team-building activities
Gather employee feedback by using surveys, focus groups, and other methods, and analyze the feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action
Collaborate with other departments and employees to understand their needs and develop customized engagement programs and activities that meet their unique requirements
Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested, including employee wellness programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and community outreach programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and activities, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and incorporate them into the company's engagement strategy
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement
Provide regular reports on employee engagement activities and metrics to senior management and other stakeholders
Design and curate engaging annual and bi-annual calendar of activities and events for people engagement that align with company values and cater to diverse interests of workforce
Forecast and manage people engagement event budgets efficiently, utilizing data-driven strategies, cost-effective solutions, and contingency plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of employee engagement best practices, trends, and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Experience with employee engagement survey tools and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for employee engagement
